Overview:
Vann York Automotive Group is currently hiring for a Customer Service/Service BDR. This position works in a fast-paced atmosphere and is responsible for making outgoing calls and setting appointments for potential business.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a daily average of 100 outgoing calls.
- Call previous day’s showroom ups.
- Take new car phone ups.
- T. O. phone calls on all customers that don’t appoint (pricing and availability).
- Call all unsold prospects
- Answer all overflow fast ring calls.
- Confirm appointments.
- Work with Internet Manager to follow up with leads
- Maintain open communication with the Internet Manager and Sales Managers.
- Exercise exemplary verbal and non-verbal communication skills and protect the dealership’s interest when communicating with customers.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent and professional communication skills are a must
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8a-5p
- Positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- Must be dependable
