Job Description:


Directs and coordinates activities related to the management, acquisition, installation and maintenance of communication and information systems and related equipment. 


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage external IT vendors related to communication, infrastructure, hardware, software, and system administrators.   
  • Ensure compliance with Company IT strategy, architecture, and processes.  
  • Monitor and implement Company hardware and software updates and enhancements.  
  • Manage IT hardware, software and peripheral equipment purchase system.  
  • Ensure employees’ technical issues are resolved promptly and provide adequate training.  
  • Manage Company phone hardware and assist in the design and implementation of system policies.  
  • Responsible for maintaining user security access for Reynolds and Reynolds computer system.   
  • Manage and design appropriate Company network policies with outside vendor using Azure AD.  
  • Manage Office 365 subscriptions and email addresses and Office 365 products including Teams.  
  • Ensure compliance with the FTC Safeguards Rule by monitoring and enforcing security policies and procedures.  
  • Oversee the information security program that aligns with FTC Safeguards Rule.   
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential security threats for correction according to FTC Safeguards.   
  • Provide support to dealerships to maintain compliance with vehicle manufacturer IT requirements.  
  • Continually assess Company technology and evaluate opportunities for improvement.  
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 10 years working in a similar role.  
  • Strong technical background in operating IT infrastructure services, including networks, servers, storage, and data centers. 
  • Proficiency in infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance best practices.  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (including Microsoft Entra ID or Azure AD)
