Basic Job Duties:
- Performs dishwashing and cleaning duties to ensure the constant availability of clean prep/cooking equipment and the cleanest possible work environment.
- May perform additional duties including (but not limited to): (a)unloads delivery truck and appropriately stores received product, (b) sweeps and mops floors on a scheduled and as-needed basis, (c) removes garbage and rinses garbage cans as necessary, (d) supports fellow back of house team members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
- Reports/corrects safety hazards in a timely manner
Requirements and Skills:
- Prior experience in dishwashing and commercial dishwasher operation in a high volume/fast-paced kitchen environment is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings, Fridays and Saturdays
