We are looking for an Assistant Director (Kitchen / Drive Thru & Dining Room) to join our team at Chick-fil-A Keizer. The right candidate for this role will be passionate about providing guests an outstanding experience as well as supporting team members.
Your Impact:
- As a member of the Executive Team, you will partner directly with the Directors and Owner Operator to help ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Manage, develop, and oversee a team of Front of House (FOH) Team Members and Leaders
- Work to achieve efficiency metrics throughout the FOH Operations
- Assist with the scheduling of Team Members
- Facilitate new hire training and certification in accordance with defined processes
- Conduct training for new Training Leads, Team Leads & Shift Leads
- Coordinate the Catering process from end to end, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately, efficiently and on schedule
- Attend weekly Executive Team meetings present weekly update on areas of responsibility
- Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.
Background and Skills:
- 1-2 years of food service related Leadership experience highly preferred
- Full availability is required (Mon-Sat; open to close; Holidays)
- Passionate about building relationships with guests through serving them
- Fun, outgoing, energetic personality
- Ability and eagerness to mentor younger workers and to have a positive impact on their professional development
