As a General Manager, you will have the opportunity to be the CEO of your restaurant. Job Skills and Requirements:

· Guest Service: A friendly, relaxing demeanor, courteousness and quick service will help get repeat customers by building trust in the brand.

· Communication: Ability to foster and encourage open communication, and cooperation.

· Teamwork: Restaurant General Managers are part of a team. You will be working with others to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential for success.

· Leadership Skills: Restaurant General Managers must keep team members motivated, resolve conflicts, and make the difficult decisions, along with inspiring their team to always achieve their very best.

· Run shifts effectively to ensure quality products, excellent guest service and restaurant cleanliness while maintaining labor and food cost targets.

· Follows and implements restaurant policies and procedures effectively holding team members accountable for their actions and/or behaviors.

· Understands the financial reporting process and has the financial acumen to meet or exceed the key performance indicators of the business.

• Must be willing to relocate locally within 15 miles.

Results driven with 3+ years of leadership experience as a high caliber General Manager.

Pay : $55,000 - $65,000 per year
