As an enthusiastic member of our team, you'll craft and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, from our signature coffees to refreshing energy drinks and teas, all while making each order as unique as our customers. You’ll be the expert, sharing your knowledge of our delicious menu and offering personalized recommendations with a warm, welcoming smile.

Specific Job Duties:

1. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by prioritizing customer needs and connecting with them through high-quality drinks and food.

2. Greet customers warmly, take orders, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

3. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, upholding Angry Bean’s food and beverage standards.

4. Stay informed about promotions and execute sampling best practices.

5. Operate coffee equipment, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

6. Stock supplies, monitor food safety, and adhere to sanitation guidelines.

7. Answer customer questions, resolve issues promptly, and work both independently and as part of a team.

8. Demonstrate attention to detail, safety, and compliance in all tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. Must be minimum 21 years of age.

2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

3. Ability to read, count and write and communicate accurately in English.

4. Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.

5. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

6. Solid communication skills and willingness to work well with Supervisor and co-workers in a team environment.

7. Ability to accurately and quickly process information through POS register system.

8. Ability to problem solve quickly.

9. Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Prompt attendance is necessary.

10. Self starter/motivator.

11. Work in a fast-pace environment.

12. Friendly and energetic.

Shift: Tuesday to Saturday

Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift (up to 8 hours minimum or more). Must be able to stoop, bend, grasp, and perform repetitive motions. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. Must be able to move large quantities of merchandise with carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other moving equipment. Constant walking and occasional stair climbing is required.
