What does career growth look like at Chick-fil-A? We are very commitment to the development and growth of our team members at Chick-fil-a McDonough. Weather you have 10+ years of experience or this your first job each new hire begins at the team member position. After the 30-day and 90-day point, team members may sign up for their evaluation to receive feedback and growth plans. These growth plans will assess your restaurant skill level and integration within our culture and Core Values. These growth plans will guide your development and growth journey in our organization.
