In addition to your hourly base pay, cooks participate in our BOH RevShare program to increase your earning potential. 

We are currently seeking cooks at The Skinny Pancake in downtown Stowe who are passionate about local food, supporting their team, and contributing to a bustling restaurant. Currently full time and part time positions are available.

Compensation includes a competitive base wage in addition to a back-of-house revenue share split amongst staff each shift. This position has a base rate of $19-$23 per hour with an earning potential of over $24 per hour with our back-of-house revenue share program. When we're busier, your pay goes up!

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform opening and closing duties
• Prepare and maintain a clean and safe work area
• Food prep, cooking, crepe spinning, and cleaning
• organizes food preparation priorities so items served together are finished simultaneously.
• Handle multiple food orders simultaneously so orders are served together and meet targeted ticket times
• Utilize recipes and portion control
• Follow sanitation procedures 
• Perform general cleaning and restocking
• Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests
• Balancing high volume with high quality
• Participating in ongoing training and development
• Work in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
