What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook delicious and high-quality dishes
• Lead and manage the kitchen team efficiently when kitchen managers are out of the building
• Pizza cookery; dough stretching, saucing topping and working the oven
• Hot line cooking ; Fry/ salad station, Pasta/ sandwich station
• Making sure the kitchen is cleaned and closed down properly at the end of the night
• Keeping the flow of food moving out of the kitchen in a timely manner at all times
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Collaborate with the management team to enhance operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role
• At least 3 years Kitchen experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school degree or equivalent
