EAT Restaurant Partners is the largest independent restaurant group in the Richmond Area. Over the next three years, EAT will double its number of restaurants with 12 new locations. We are looking for an internal Director of New Restaurant Development to internally project manage each of these restaurants from the beginning THROUGH launch. THIS IS NOT A CONTRUCTION MANAGEMENT POSITION - WE HAVE A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER. The position will act as the internal liaison between departments and stakeholders, ensuring that all of our internal operational tasks are being completed on time. You will help to set up the scope, guide the teams through the deliverables process, time manage the stakeholders, and then ultimately be a part of the opening operations team including training of new employees. Soon after, you will move onto guiding the next project through completion. You will have multiple projects running at varying project points simultaneously.
WHAT WE OFFER:
• Job Longevity & Consistency: 60% of our salaried staff has worked with EAT between 4 and 12 years! The founder has been here since the beginning!
• Career Growth - EAT will be rapidly growing over the next 5 years, unlocking hosts of new opportunities and this will be a critical role with a direct line to the President & VP
• Competitive salary, because your talents shouldn’t come cheap
• Paid Vacation + Major Holidays Off (basically an extra week per year on the house)
• Health benefits that actually benefit you
• A team that’s more like a sitcom cast—funny, diverse, and a little quirky
