JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for a qualified and resourceful Human Resources Manager to efficiently and professionally support our business operations, as well as our commitment to maintaining an inclusive, diverse and thriving work environment. The HR Mangager will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, and will assist with important functions such as staffing, training and development, compensation and benefits. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
• Maintain employee files and records
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Assist in the creation of functions and programs which ensure a positive work environment for all employees

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach

QUALIFICATIONS

• AA/BA in business administration or relevant field experience
• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• HR certifications a plus
