NEW ROLE!!! EAT Restaurant Partners is searching for a Restaurant-Savvy Marketing Manager who will work directly with the President and Vice President to oversee all aspects of Marketing. This is a new position for the organization and the individual who steps into the role will help to define its contribution and scope over the long term, eventually overseeing a full department. EAT Restaurants will be DOUBLING the number of restaurants that it has over the next 3 years. Much of how the position will evolve is dependent on the characteristics of the individual we hire. While helping to fulfill the current needs of the organization - we simultaneously want to build on your talent into the future.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY YOU DO HERE?
Large Focus: Brand Management:
We currently have 12 restaurants and will double our size over the next 3 years. Including EAT Restaurant Partners (parent company), we have 11 Brands. How do we define,
design, and market each brand? How does that feed into the overall EAT Brand? How do we thread the overall throughout all of the restaurant designs, materials, menus, etc.?
Large Focus: Local Community Engagement
The role will help to engage with the local community through local groups, philanthropy (we love), and helping to coordinate events and the surrounding marketing
Medium Focus: Events, Projects:
What if we wanted to integrate a Martini Cart into one of our restaurants? How would we design it? Where would we buy / build it? What would the menu look like? How should
the service be? Training? How does it tie into the branding of that Restaurant?
What are we doing for the Chinese New Year across the company?
What are cool events that we can do to continue celebrating our Staff and Organization?
Medium Focus: Public Relations
Establish, Maintain, Re-Establish relationships with local press, influencers, etc. Make sure that when we're doing something - we're getting the word out.
(Tiny Bit) Financial:
Are we deploying marketing resources appropriately? How do we track and judge that?
We just did an event at a restaurant -- was it worth it? How do we know...
We want to deploy capital into Third Party Delivery Sites -- how much, which restaurants, what demographics are we targeting? Did it work?
(Tiny Bit) Social Media Training:
Help to guide individuals in the restaurants on how to build better social followings. However, each restaurant will continue to manage their own accounts.
Track metrics and performance and help to guide users towards better results
Marketing Manager Nucleus - Guest Experience:
Ensuring that all the above mentioned responsibilities are constantly driving towards an ever improving Guest Experience.
WHO ARE YOU?
- 3+ Years of proven experience in Marketing Management
- Restaurant Industry Marketing background preferred
- Restaurant Industry Operations experience a plus
- Emphasis on Brand Management strategy
- Public Relations expertise
- Familiarity with data analytics and data driven decision making
- Wordsmithing - we love silly whit
- Event / Community Engagement
- Graphic Design / InDesign a plus
- Photography Experience a plus
