Team Leader Responsibilities:

Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
Manage daily food safety standards
Reduce waste and improve team productivity.
Lead the completion of daily shift checklists
Assisting in training new hires and acting as a role model for the team
Encourage and challenge the team to reach their potential
Opening and/or closing, leading shifts, and acting as a key holder
Leading and managing the guest experience through food quality, cleanliness and speed.
