Presently seeking candidates for an Assistant Manager position to lead the service and quality expectations of the team. Provide a fun, fast paced and fulfilling work environment for team members with interest in development of self and team members to meet long term growth goals.

Physical Requirements (including but not limited to):
• Ability to stand/walk 10 hours/day
• Ability to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry and stoop
• Ability to lift items up to 75 lbs.
• Hazards include, but not limited to cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Trains and practices Freddy's standards of quality, timeliness, and service
• Review and writes all FOH/BOH schedules
• Analyze Sales and Labor data of Restaurant
• Manage opening/closing shifts in a timely manner
• Ensures Operational Checklists are completed daily
• Ensures all Administrative paperwork is completed and forward to appropriate departments in a timely manner
• Observes, coaches, and develops staff
• Handles disciplinary action with team and provides proper documentation
• Always demonstrates Hospitality to the fullest and empowers staff to always practice
