Front counter team members perform guest services duties. Guest service job duties include greeting customers, taking customer orders, and completing transactions on the cash register. Ideal Chick-fil-A team members are proactive, personal, and possess a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities for Front Counter Team Member
- Serving Guests with a great attitude and friendly smile
- Taking & delivering orders to guests
- Moving with a sense of urgency
- Daily Cleaning of Restaurant
- Consistent Availability
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Work in cold or hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts; ability to lift over 15lbs.
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to guest complaints, requests, and needs with speed and a good attitude
