The Hot House Tavern in Menomonee Falls is looking to add to it's front of house leadership. Looking for energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented individuals who are looking to grow into restaurant management positions. Qualified candidates will have experience in different aspects of the restaurant business and a willingness to work with a management team. Qualified candidates will also understand the importance of "people management" and building/maintaining a solid team.

Hired candidates will begin serving and/or bartending as they work into training for floor managing duties.

Job Duties will include:

-Managing a staff of servers, hosts, bartenders, food runners

-Following and enforcing company policies and setting the right example through their day-to-day actions

-Hosting pre-shift meetings to inform, educate and train staff on a daily basis

-Working with kitchen managers to ensure a smooth service each day

-Fielding customer compliments, complaints and any out of the norm happenings

-Working with General Manager, Assistant GM and rest of management teams to constantly improve the workings of the restaurant

-Recognizing and solving problems within the restaurant

Weekly schedule will include a variety of floor managing shifts as well as serving/bartending shifts
