Chef Louie’s Corporate Food Service, a family-owned business with a 30-year legacy in providing exceptional corporate dining experiences in and around Boston, is seeking a Part Time Prep Utility to join our team. As a Prep Utility, you will play a vital role in preparing workstations, cooking ingredients, and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing workstations, cooking ingredients, and kitchen equipment for cooking.
- Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
- Following sanitation procedures and ensuring cleanliness.
- Showcasing teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Operating kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a prep or utility.
- Skilled in operating kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work quickly.
