We are looking for seasoned individuals to join our restaurant team at Chick-fil-A 711 Lexington Ave. in New York City! At Chick-fil-A, our Team Members are the foundation of our restaurant and are the secret to our success.

General Requirements: 

· Ability to participate operationally in day to day activities in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant.

· Must be able to follow appearance and uniform requirements.

· Must be able and willing to stand, walk, and work on their feet for extended periods of time.

· Must be able to bend and lift loads up to 50 pounds. Also, must be able to bend down to grasp objects, bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders, and squat.

· Must be able to push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds.

· Must be able to climb ladders, use stairs often, and use box cutters.

· Must be able to manage environmental exposure to varying temperatures (coolers, ovens, freezer, outdoors, etc.).

· Must have a proper use of knowledge of the following equipment items (may include but not limited to): knives, personal protective equipment, hand trucks, carts, food cutter and fryers (must be 18 years of age or older), power equipment, vehicles, and all other equipment used within or for the restaurant.


Requirements and Responsibilities for Leadership:

Applicants must be able to:

· Jump in and work-hands on in multiple positions of the restaurant at any given time during the day to help our team give remarkable service to our guests

· Follow all Chick-fil-A standards and procedures. Train and re-calibrate Team Members to consistently follow all Chick-fil-A processes and procedures

· Perform discipline for actions that do not meet Chick-fil-A standards and execute documentation for all team members who fail to meet expectations

· Be honest, trustworthy, and accountable for food cost, labor cost, repairs and maintenance, and cash management

· Troubleshoot, problem solve, and make quick decisions on a daily basis based on the operation need at any given moment

· Work in a fast-pace, multiple level, high volume environment leading our team to deliver fresh and crave-able food with remarkable service

· Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, iPads, and POS system.

Must have a minimum of 2 years as a manager, leader, or director experience.
