We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated, and experienced Shift Leader to close the store and lead our Back of House staff during dinner at least three times a week. (Closing shifts are 2pm-11pm or 3pm-11pm)
Outcomes: This position will be responsible for the following outcomes.
- Planning and running dinner shifts
- Create a quality dinner experience for our guests, (as measured by speed and satisfaction scores)
- Create a positive and encouraging environment for our staff (FOH and BOH)
- Coach and grow our kitchen staff through setting expectations and providing feedback
- Follow Pre-closing Procedures and prepare the Back of House for the next day
- Collaborate with Front of House to increase Speed of Service
- Oversee and execute food safety procedures (including rotation of product and internal safety assessments)
- Oversee and assist with closing procedures in the kitchen, making sure cleanliness and food safety expectations are met
- Other duties as assigned
