The Assistant Manager pay rate is $15-$18 per hour determined by availability, previous work experience, and store sales volume.
Our goal is to have the strongest fast-casual management team in the industry. We have an incredible team already in place and want to add even more talent. We are looking for individuals who can thrive in an already good situation and push their location to be the best operating restaurant in town.
Advancement to General Manager is always an option if the position becomes available at one of our locations. We only promote to GM from within our own company.
No fryers! Only freshly cut and baked product, daily.
No early mornings or late nights! Our hours of operation are 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
Previous Management experience is required.
This is a franchise location owned and operated by Albert Restaurant Group.

- Previous management experience
- Ability to work a 35+ hour week
- Open availability (Some nights and weekends will be required)
- At least 18 years of age
- After training, must be able to perform, teach, and train all positions
- Ability to handle fast paced and sometimes high-pressure situations in the store
- Understand that in times of emergency extra hours and efforts will be required
- Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Willing to coach and direct employees on store operations
