The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our restaurant management team at a high volume ($10+ million) quick service restaurant. You will be responsible for helping to lead the Kitchen/ Food Prep operation focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, and establishing systems. As one of the top leaders in our organization, the buck stops with you.
Responsibilities
- Learn and work daily in the Back of House area of the restaurant
- Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the department
- Assist in developing and growing all leaders in the department
- Help establish and achieve all labor and food cost goals
- Assist in creating and implementing all systems for department
- Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for service scores in in the department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required)
- 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience
- Experience in restaurant preferred (but not required)
- Experience in customer service
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong internal drive for results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
