In the role of Solar Outreach & Engagement Specialist at Arrow Group, your primary objective is to amplify our lead generation through a concerted cold outreach strategy. This encompasses cold calling, strategic emailing, targeted door-to-door interaction, and participation in local community events. You will serve as the first point of contact, sparking interest, identifying potential clients, and transitioning warm leads to our sales team.
Your effectiveness in this role hinges on your adept communication skills, an in-depth understanding of our offerings and differentiation, and a natural ability to forge relationships with diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will be armed with exceptional interpersonal skills, an unyielding determination, and a genuine enthusiasm for advocating sustainable solutions. - Generate a target number of leads per quarter
- Canvas a minimum number of doors per quarter
- Create & host, or attend, a minimum number of community-focused events per quarter
