Catering Staff are responsible for providing an exceptional experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm, alternating Mondays and Saturdays off
- Availability to come in earlier and/or later to help with additional Catering Orders

Catering Staff Responsibilities:
- Help assemble and deliver Catering Orders
- Answer phones
- Enter new Catering Orders into the system
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
