As a Grill Master, you will have the opportunity to learn and prepare our signature dishes while working in a friendly and supportive environment.

• An experienced team member who can handle a high volume fast-paced kitchen environment

• Full-time (unrestricted availability) and Part Time positions are available

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Culver's Famous ButterBurgers and grill specialties
• Maintain proper food safety practices
• Support your Kitchen team members in various roles
• Adhere to restaurant, food, and workplace policies

Physical Abilities:

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to handle the work (and heat) of an extended shift working on a Flat-Top Grill
• Capable of bending, reaching, and lifting heavy items
