You will be responsible for growing our catering client base and maintaining existing catering relationships. The Catering Sales Manager will assist in preparing, delivering, and presenting catering orders, as well as making sales calls by phone, email, and especially in-person. The Catering Sales Manager would also lead off site vending, marketing events, and sampling opportunities to generate leads.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Deliver and present catering orders according to Donatos Pizza standard to offices, homes, and event spaces
• Communicate with guests via phone regarding order details and timeliness
• Work with in-store team to prepare and package orders for delivery
• Provide and maintain friendly, quality customer service to each guest
• Set the highest standards in punctuality, communication, service, and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Prospect new catering leads daily, including email blasts, phone calls, on-site visits, and attendance at networking events
• Spend approximately 50% of your time will be spent in our stores and delivering orders and the second 50% generating catering leads, following up with clients, writing thank-yous, etc
