We are looking for an energetic, hard-working individual for our quick-service General Manager position. We have a profit-sharing bonus plan to earn more for increasing profits at your location! The Restaurant Manager is generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team to deliver great and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Popeyes standards, franchisee standards and in compliance with all applicable laws

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Product Quality- Maintaining company standards
• Guest Services - ensures guest satisfaction, and service speed
• Hire, train and develop their employees
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review their employees' job performance
• Provide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriate
• Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
• Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed
• Manage control costs to help maximize profitability
• Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling
• Administration tasks, inventory, ordering, time keeping

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous QSR Management Experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary up to $55,000, paid each Friday.
