Main Responsibilities for the Utility  Position:

We have the ideal position for a well-organized, and committed candidate. Our restaurant environment is fast-paced and we are looking to hire a qualified person who is able to work well with a team. The main duties will include cleaning cook's line stations, kitchen floors and kitchen equipment. Maintaining a clean restaurant is one of our highest priorities for our staff and guests.

Our goal is to hire a great candidate who is able to prioritize tasks and who can manage their time well. They will be working in and around the kitchen for most of the workday. Our hire will also need to abide by food safety procedures and health regulations.

Basic Utility Position Responsibilities:

● Maintain a clean and well-organized working environment

● On-going cleaning of the various kitchen stations,  floors, and equipment

● Assist other team members in unloading and storing restaurant deliveries

● Adhering to food safety, sanitation procedures and health department regulations

● Listen and Follow directives well

● Assisting cooks with prep and other assorted tasks on the cook's line

● Assisting other team members with tasks when the need arises

Utility Position Requirements::

● Must know and follow all food safety procedures

● Must be at least 18 years of age and be available weekends and holidays.

● Must be able to prioritize tasks

● Must be able to work all shifts, to include weekends and holidays
