We are looking for an experienced and skilled kitchen director with remarkable skills, who will run a store effectively and with attention to detail and cleanliness.

They need to be able to ensure their staff provides the highest quality food in a clean environment. The kitchen director must ensure the kitchen environment is welcoming and that everyone feels as though they are treated with honor, dignity, and respect.

An ideal candidate should be reliable, accommodating, courteous, and friendly to everyone they come in contact with, as well as the ability to coach and develop their team to exceed expectations.


Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proven leadership experience
  • ServSafe
  • Cash handling skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee service, food quality, cleanliness, financials, personnel, sales, and health code standards (eRQA, eFSA, Health Dept., and ROE)
  • Support operations by accomplishing goals in Food Cost GAP, Quality, etc.
  • Communicate strategic plans with the staff
  • Uphold all unit policies and procedures
  • Make sound business decisions
  • Maintain certification in Pathway training modules
  • Develop future leaders
  • Ensure new product rollouts and training are executed properly
  • As needed: engage in team activities/events
  • As needed: assist with inventory
  • As needed: other work related project requests
