Assistant Directors should understand the primary role of their position is to coach team members that guests are the first priority; no task is more important than the guest at the front counter or in drive thru. Assistant Directors support the Directors by managing operational duties and fostering a culture of development to the team member level. Their primary goal is to learn the role of a Director and train qualified Senior Team Members to replace them as they are promoted.

Responsibilities:
- Support operational directors in accomplishing goals in Food Cost GAP, Quality, etc.
- Uphold all unit policies and procedures including but not limited to service, food quality, cleanliness and health code standards
- Shift financial accounting and reporting
- Communicate effectively with directors on relevant information
- Maintain certification in eTrain modules
- Develop future leaders
- Ensure new product rollouts and training are executed properly
- As needed: engage in team activities/events
- As needed: assist with inventory
- As needed: other work related project requests
