Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer service.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· Punctual and reliable.
· Excellent time and task management.
· Basic computer skills with the ability to learn software easily.
· Comfortable around dogs and cats.
Responsibilities:
· Exhibit genuine love and enthusiasm for pets, creating a positive and welcoming environment for our four-legged guests and their pet parents.
· Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of services offered and comfortably suggest the best services to meet clients' needs.
· Ensure a caring and compassionate experience for our pet parents through clear communication, attention to detail, and accuracy in documentation. Earn the trust of pet parents through reliable and dependable service.
· Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to pet care, providing a seamless experience for both pets and pet parents.
· Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the pet resort to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all animals.
· Prioritize the satisfaction and well-being of pets and their humans, going above and beyond to provide an exceptional and personalized experience.
