Responsibilities:

• Serving guests with great attitudes and matching smiles
• Memorizing Roll Em Up lingo 
• Understanding menu items, how to explain to customers, and how to prepare them
• Follow standard operations, keeping customers happy
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production 
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
• Working with high temperature oil in a fast paced environment
