Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations, including adherence to company policies, procedures, and systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Contribute to profit goals by accurately utilizing the Focus System and executing cash management duties
- Manage inventory levels to minimize loss and maintain adequate supply
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant that complies with safety and security standards
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Successful and stable employment history
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Proficient in all restaurant positions
- Ability to lead a team during a shift with no supervision
- Experience with phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers
- Reliable transportation to and from work
