Requirements:
- Proficiency in customer service (skilled in this role based on previous experience)
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer Relationship Management.
- Computer proficiency / Up-to-date knowledge in using social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and others.
- Able to provide each customer with a consultative approach based on their financing options (We do not put our customers into cars that are unaffordable for them). The way we take care of our customers defines our business.
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and scheduling appointments, CRM management, and communication via text messages, calls, and emails.
- Responding to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Competent in handling quick and accurate information for potential customer inquiries in the DMS/CRM.
- Referring customers through Cold Calling.
- Managing Social Media Marketing.
- Having excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possessing the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a call center environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and understand rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
