General Managers help oversee in-store operations alongside the Assistant Managers and PIC’s. The General Manager plays a role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. General Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an General Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.
Ability to work a 40 hour week
At least 18 years of age
Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
Willing to offer and receive opinions and recommendations towards and from the store and employees
Standing for long periods of time, stooping and bending down
Ability to learn and make fast accurate sandwiches
Willingness to go through a 2 week certified training program after proper instore training
During your training period an hourly rate will apply and once training is complete and goals are meet, incremental raises and bonus incentives apply.
