Working closely with an independent Owner/Operator, BOH Team Members gain hands-on experience that goes beyond preparing food. They are the backbone of our kitchen operations, responsible for ensuring that every meal meets our high standards for quality, freshness, and consistency. From expertly following recipes to maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, BOH Team Members play a crucial role in delivering exceptional food that our guests can rely on with every order.

As a team member in the BOH your duties will include:

  • Preparing and breading fresh chicken products
  • Assembling signature products
  • Preparing waffle potato fries 
  • Preparing fresh salads, fruit cups, and side items
  • Organizing and maintaining a safe work environment 
  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment 
  • Maintaining a clean and food safe environment 
  • Daily and weekly cleaning tasks
  • Checklist completion

Expectations and Requirements:

  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
  • Must be able to work at least two Fridays and Saturdays each per month
  • Effectively perform multiple tasks
  • Communicate effectively
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Cheerful and positive attitude
  • Loves serving others
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Have the ability to lift and carry 20-40lbs on a regular basis
  • Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
