Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must smile, smile, smile. You are the first person and the last person that they see when here.
- Must be able to answer phone by the 3rd ring max.
- Must be able to greet guest when they enter and acknowledge when leaving.
- Must be able to take phone orders in a timely manor
- Must be able to take delivery orders over the phone correctly, including verification of the guest's phone number, address, building/apartment number, and their name.
- Must repeat any phone or counter orders back to guest before processing.
- Must be able to stay busy with the side work that is implemented throughout the day/evening
- Must have open availability.
