We have multiple immediate openings for our Direct Support Professional Sleep Overnight (DSP) position. Those who are interested will be working at our new home opening in New Brighton mid November. This is a unique position where we have a couple of new clients starting with our company in mid November. The new clients coming to our company are in their late 40s. We are looking for staff who have experience working with individuals who have both higher behaviors and personal cares. Otherwise, our clients enjoy getting out in the community and being involved in fun activities. Other activities & responsibilities include assisting with client programming, preparing meals, passing medications, doing laundry & house cleaning. Full training will be provided.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or Proof of General Educational Development (GED) Tests Completion

· ONE year minimum paid work experience serving persons with Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities, Mental Illness, or other comparable work-related experience

. Experience working with individuals who have high behaviors

. Experience working with individuals who have personal care needs (ie. bathing, toileting, dressing, ect.)

Requirements:

· A Valid Driver's License

· Dependable Vehicle

· Good Driving Record

· Car Insurance under your name

· At Least 19 Years Old
