We’re seeking a motivated Field Operations Leader to manage subcontractor recruitment, oversee scheduling, and ensure each project is completed with excellence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Subcontractor Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified subcontractors to support our growing demand.
- Subcontractor Management: Build and maintain strong, communicative relationships with subcontractors, serving as their main point of contact for all project-related needs.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently schedule installations, matching the right subcontractors to each job for timely and quality project completion.
- Project Oversight: Monitor job progress, address any issues promptly, and ensure all projects adhere to company standards for quality.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to ensure they’re satisfied throughout the installation process and with the final product.
Qualifications:
- Background in operations, construction, or a related field.
- Experience in fencing or a similar industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with subcontractors and clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions.
