What does career growth look like at Chick-fil-A? At CFA Town East Mall we offer an internal Leadership Development Program (LDP) that allows TMs to learn all the different positions with the opportunity to grow into a variety of upper level roles including FOH Director, BOH Director, specialty roles including Catering, Marketing, Training, and Hospitality. This will allow you to work towards a healthy benefits package including bonus plans, medical/dental/vision plans, and more!
