Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the Security Alarm and Surveillance Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, and selling security solutions over the phone. Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Engage with customers to answer their inquiries and provide solutions to their security needs
- Set appointments with potential customers for the outside sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven inside sales experience in the security alarm and surveillance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone presence and ability to handle high-volume calls
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience using CRM software and sales automation tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience in the security alarm and surveillance industry
- Knowledge of security systems and surveillance technology preferred but willing to train a motivated individual
