- Greet and welcome all guests with a warm smile and positive attitude
- Become familiar and knowledgeable with our reservation system
- Perform any all side work tasks designated for your position
- Call back and confirm upcoming reservations
- Ability to handle stressful situations and disgruntled guests
- Knowledgeable with Ipads, tablets, and restaurant technology
- Hold doors open for guests upon entering and exiting the restaurant
- Engage in conversation with guests while walking them to their table
- Bid a fond farewell to the guests exiting the restaurant and inviting them back in to see us again
- Sanitizing and cleaning of menus and tables
- Perform any tasks or duties set forth by the management team
- Take to-go orders and ensure all items are present and correct before the guests leave with them
