We are currently seeking managers for our Sarasota and Venice locations! Applicants must possess the following skills and qualities:
- Oversee day to day restaurant operations
- Beer, wine, and liquor inventories
- Staff hiring, training, and coaching
- Guest recoveries on site and social media
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ensuring all employees comply with company rules and policies
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Writing and organizing employee schedules
- Monitor profit and loss including labor, waste, and spending
- Ordering supplies for the restaurant including but not limited to beer, wine, and liquor, food products, uniforms, and office supplies
- Must have your Manager Serve Safe certificate
- Leadership skills that include being a good communicator, motivator, and problem solver
- Must be punctual and be able to accept constructive criticism from upper management and ownership
