We call our servers Extraordinary Service Providers (ESP's) because that is what we do: deliver exceptional food and service for our community to build memories. A sense of urgency, friendly outgoing demeanor, professionalism, and a positive attitude are all necessary qualities that we look for in our ESP's. We do high volumes of business so you must be able to handle 5-7 table sections and maintain a calm and collected presence at all times. We have high standards for guest service and always aim to go above and beyond to set ourselves apart from the rest. SERVER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a current food handler's card/certificate
• Must have AZ Title 4 Basic Alcohol Training Certificate
• Must have at least 6 months of serving experience
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
