- Ensure compliance with SOP in areas such as recruitment, training, food safety, and sanitation
- Supervise recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution
- Complete reports and paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain personnel files with necessary documents
- Available to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
