We have part-time openings on all shifts for food service Restaurant Crew Members at Café Yumm! Neff Place near St. Charles Medical Center in Bend, OR.

Preference will be given to those with daytime availability.

Wages & Benefits for All Team Members:

• Starting base wage $17.55/hour plus $5.79/hour in tips (based on a 12 month average of hourly tips from 10/1/2023-9/30/2024).

Team Members who quickly excel and have reliable attendance are more likely to qualify for more hours and higher benefit tiers, which all the benefits of above PLUS:

Crew Members are entry level positions, but advancement opportunities are available. Flexible and set schedules are also available. All Team Members are responsible for the following:

• Outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of all food and beverage products.
• Learning all stations in the restaurant including server, dishwasher, and food prep.
• Proper equipment handling procedures.
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
• Following all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Other tasks as assigned.
