Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Manage day-to-day activities on all social media platforms, including posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trending topics.
• Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Analyze performance data and use insights to refine strategies, aiming for continuous improvement in reach and impact.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive promotional strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends to keep Uncle Jack's Meat House at the forefront of the digital space.
• Handle social media crises or negative comment situations with professionalism and in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain a robust online presence by participating in real-time with our audience, scheduling regular updates, and coordinating with marketing campaigns.
• Leverage analytics tools to monitor engagement rates and effectiveness of different content types and platforms.
• Engage with influencer's, arrange sponsorships, and develop other partnerships to extend reach and visibility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional Social Media/Marketing experience.
• Must have a strong social media following on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Possess a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• Experience in creating compelling content tailored for specific social media channels.
• Demonstrable experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly integrate digital media into the broader marketing initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creative copy-writing.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of managing social media platforms for a brand with significant improvement in engagement metrics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
