Chick-fil-A Covington Highway 21 is hiring a highly skilled Front of House Shift Leader (Assistant Manager)!

Available Shifts: 5:30AM-2:30PM and 2:30-10:30PM

Must be available on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional service
Create a plan for your shift and delegate tasks accordingly
Manage labor and make necessary adjustments to meet goals
Proactively anticipate the needs of guests and team members
Handle cash and coupon accountability
Resolve customer complaints through our Genuine Hospitality Model

Requirements:

Prior restaurant leadership experience
Flexible availability, including weekends
