Chick-fil-A Covington Highway 21 is hiring a highly skilled Kitchen Shift Leader (Assistant Manager)!

Must be available to work 2:30-10:30PM

Must be available on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coach the team to deliver on our Winning Hearts Everyday strategy.
Create purposeful Setup Sheets to plan for each shift.
Manage labor and make necessary adjustments to reach goals.
Engage in immediate problem-solving and short-term plans to address critical issues.
Proactively anticipate guests' needs and team member responsibilities.
