Electrical Works is looking for an experienced, well-organized, Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President. Candidate must have executive assistant experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Effectively managing schedule, scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal/external events while minimizing conflicts.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinating all aspects of travel including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and creating detailed itineraries.
- Correspondence Management: Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, letters, and memos.
- Meeting Coordination: Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, distributing action items, and following up on decisions made.
- Administrative Tasks: Managing expense reports, preparing presentations, filing documents, handling office supplies, managing personal/business invoices/billings.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining discretion when handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
