As a Area Supervisor, you will be the leader of your restaurant's Success! You will lead your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. You know the business and have at least 3 years of experience in QSR or retail.
You inspire smiles, are familiar with and have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service, and will uphold Company Core Values.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3+ year in foodservice management and a Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right
candidate to get certified)
• Applicants should have strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Applicant should have experience with inventory, cost controls and cash handling.
• Applicants should be ready and willing to do all interviewing, hiring and terminations
• Applicants will be expected to run the store as if it was their own business with an eye to the bottom line
Responsibilities:
• Check for schedules during the week before they are effect to insure units are properly staffed and have a sold plan for the
week.
• Review daily number each day a work and call each manager to coach and praise on their results.
• Work lunch and dinner. Insure that all restaurants are providing Quality Food, Fast & Friendly.
• Perform EVAL/Facts inspection each week to teach people how to properly run a restaurant.
• Responsible for training all management personnel.
